The Best Niche Market for Adsense Ads!

The best niche market I have found for Adsense ads really are the local niche markets.

What do I mean by “local” niche markets?

These are regionalized, localized markets that have an audience of one city, one county, or in other words, a small audience.

Why would you benefit from such a small market?

Well, it’s really common sense.  Because the audience is so small, your click rate skyrockets.

What is a “local” niche market?

Well, the “best” Adsense performer blog that I have is SFOneOfAKind.com.  It’s a blog about luxury real estate in San Francisco.

I cannot tell you more details than it’s the best performer as far as CPC (Cost per Click) is concerned.

It’s actually one of my “dead” blogs that I’ve began to monetize and blog as of lately.

There are tons of other “local” niche markets you can find such as “New York City Automobile Blog” or “Los Angeles Best Restaurant Blog”.

These are niche blogs that cater to only a very small portion of the internet audience.

Because the audience is so small, there’s more competition among the advertisers so in return, you the publisher can expect higher CPC.

Of course, this isn’t the case for everything, it’s always best to rely on trial and error.

Do you have a “local” niche market?

These local, niche market maybe the undiscovered gems among niche blogs and you my friend, just been told of another Adsense secret.

Now, go take your medicine and make a couple local, niche blogs to try it out yourself.

Get Rich with Niche Blogging!

Now, there’s a lot of money to be made online, especially with blogs.

Blogs are simply great for SEO, content management, and networking with other bloggers.

Blogs have proven themselves as the next communication medium to overtake newspaper, radio, and television.

Now, to make money blogging, what kind of blog do you need to make?

Well, as the old saying goes, “Get Rich with Niche”, you need to pick out a good “niche” topic for your blog.

That’s right, don’t think you can simply make a blog about making money to make money. You probably won’t as “making money online” isn’t a niche anymore due to John Chow’s blog and everyone who tries to copy him.

Instead, to make money with blogs, you first need to sought out a truly goldmine “niche” topic.

A great niche would be a topic that’s traditionally very offline yet there’s no one blogging about it. For example, I can give you something like “fly fishing” or “california camping” to name a couple.

So how to go about picking your “niche” topic?

First, find a “niche” topic no one else is blogging about. (or at least there’s not a major blog for it)

Second, get a catchy domain name.

Third, make a blog and custom design it.

Fourth, strategically place your Adsense ads so you will get the highest click rate and cost-per-click.

Fifth, blog like crazy about your blog “niche” topic and bring your traffic up as fast as possible before another person tries to copy you.

This is how you make real money blogging. John Chow started when no one else was blogging about how to make money online.

Now, follow my advice and you will be awarded in a year or two. Maybe earlier but in my experience, you need to blog 3-5 posts daily for about a year or two to make enough money to make a living.

(However this might be different if your cost of living is less than where I live, San Francisco. If you live in Thailand for example, you might only need to make $1000 a month to make a living. For me, I need to make at least $5000 to pay rent, gas, food, etc…etc…)

Post your job at IPSOJOBS!

John Chow had a great review today on this new job site called IPSOJOBS made by some Spanish developers. Basically, it’s like craigslist except it’s not cluttered with all the crap you’d find on Craigslist. You can take advantage of it by posting your jobs. You can also sign up for an administrative account and earn 50% in Google Ads IF your city has not been taken.

I took the liberty of becoming administrator for San Francisco so if you are an employer in San Francisco, I suggest you use this free site on top of Craigslist to get your next employee.

One Buck Wiki was just Launched!

OneBuckWiki just launched!

OneBuckWiki was just launched yesterday. We’ve sold almost 22 pages within 24 hours of the launch.

The money making wikis are in now. These will spawn like blogs there are out there today. Maybe someone can make a WikiNorati?

Here’s the Press release that will go out in couple days:

OneBuckWiki.com Press Release - One Buck Wiki was just launched!

Zedomax Network, a San Francisco based Web2.0 company, has just launched a new website called OneBuckWiki.com

The One Buck Wiki is a new community of entrepreneurs, web marketers, and normal people who want to promote their businesses online and benefit from the collective traffic that’s generated by other page-owners and One Buck Wiki’s viral marketing.

Users can buy a page for only 1 dollar (Limited Time Only). As page-owners, they can promote a blog, e-store, or any other website(s). The page(s) users buy will solely have their content and no one else’s.

A page on the One Buck Wiki can be edited just as a user would edit a page in Wikipedia. The main difference between the two is that the One Buck Wiki can be used to promote an e-store, a blog, or any other products or services.

The One Buck Wiki is created by the creators of the Five Dollar Wiki at FiveDollarWiki.com, which was also launched only couple days ago.

They are a team of underground “moonlighters” that work around the clock to create the next Internet marketing tool.

The One Buck Wiki is based on a highly powerful business model that allows users to benefit from overall sales of pages and viral marketing.

The One Buck Wiki has just launched its beta stage and they have millions of unclaimed pages where the user can choose their own words or phrases such as “iPod Store”, “Business”, or “Web Development”.

There have been a number of “million dollar” ideas on the Internet in the past couple months including the Million Dollar Wiki (MDW), and the Million Euro Wiki (MEW).

The MDW (MillionDollarWiki.com) and MEW (MillionEuroWiki.com) offered Internet users the chance to own a piece of history at $100 each.

The MillionDollarWiki does seem to have excited the Internet crowd, with some customers buying up to fifteen pages at a time. Pages have even been traded, with the “Business” page selling on eBay for $6100.

Basically, the difference between the MillionDollarWiki and the OneBuckWiki is that a person can buy a page for one dollar instead of one hundred dollars.

In addition, the page(s) people buy now will ultimately gain at least 10 fold its original value at every 1000 pages that the One Buck Wiki sells.

“A page bought on the One Buck Wiki today could be worth $1000 when 100,000 pages are sold.”

With the One Buck Wiki, people can buy pages that will multiply in value automatically with growth of the website itself.

Even with all the directories and social bookmarking sites available today, Internet users are demanding more and they want to interact with the latest online marketing strategies available.

While social bookmarking sites like Stumbleupon, Reddit, and Digg are soaring in popularity, the One Buck Wiki team is pouncing on the opportunity to generate both massive online traffic and income with their new project.

SEO HACK - HOWTO get 53% More Searches with Google Image Search!

I’ve been noticing that more and more of the sites we run are getting visitors from Google image search. I have been diligently using alt tags on all my images but I didnt’ know how much impact it would have on search.

Well, I just came across an article about this and now I completely understand.

If you goto my SFBlogg.com, more than 50% Google searches come from some type of image search for pictures about San Francisco.

Although I think this could work for all types of websites, it will work even better on sites where people are expecting to find images.

Here’s some key tips from pearsonified that will help you: (By the way, pearsonified is the one that made the WP Theme for our Zedomax.Net site.)

Every standards-compliant, Google-sensitive image reference should contain 5 key items:

    1. A src attribute specifying the URL of the image
    2. A width declaration in which the width of the image is specified in pixels
    3. A height declaration in which the height of the image is specified in pixels
    4. An alt attribute that describes the content of the image—this is the #1 element of image-oriented SEO
    5. A title attribute that contains text to be displayed when the user hovers his/her mouse over the image
