Annual Filing Division – SCAM ALERT! – DO NOT SEND MONEY!
UPDATE: STATE OF CALIFORNIA IS FINALLY SUING THESE BASTARDS FOR OVER $3 MILLION, READ HERE! YES!!!
After receiving the Business Filings Division scam last week, these scammers have enough guts to send me ANOTHER one, similar but titled, “Annual Filing Division”.
I am furious that these scammers expect to make money really doing absolutely nothing.
Anyways, watch out for Annual Filing Division.
As before, this address:
1215 K Street 17th Floor
Sacramento, CA 95814
is actually part of ANOTHER Regus, which provides virtual offices, meaning these scammers are simply using Regus as its viral host to receive and forward its mails. (and checks, a LOT of them I bet)
Again, I called 916-993-3195 and got an answering machine.
DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY, THESE GUYS ARE OBVIOUSLY SCAMMERS IF THEY USE A FAKE ADDRESS AND MIMICK THE REAL STATE OF CALIFORNIA LETTERS.

I got scammed two months ago with the Business filing division. I paid them the $239. I didn't think much about it until I got the Annual Filing division yesterday. Got online and found out I got robbed. Well, I guess I got fooled once, but it won't happen twice!
