Pro Blogger Talks to Family and Friends
Okay, here’s a little post for probloggers out there who needs to explain what you are doing to your family and friends.
My dad, who is very concerned about me making a living, asks me, “so son, is blogging the only thing you do to make money?”
I answer, “yes, Dad, I mostly blog all day long. That’s how I make money.”
Then he asks me, “Is blogging business stable?”
I answer, “yes, Dad, blogging has really established itself as one of the most stable and profitable internet businesses. It’s not easy to get to a level where you start making a living online but once you get there, your profits will steadily rise. Once you get the ball rolling, you can expect a snowball effect.”
This “snowball effect” of course is my theory, I have not made millions of dollar with blogging business but one thing for certain, recession economy is fueling the internet advertising space and I don’t think we’ve even reached its peak yet with the number of internet users doubling almost every year.
In another incident, my friend asks me, “Dude, so this blogging thing you are doing well will keep you going. Good for you! When you get a real job, you should be making bank.”
Of course, I don’t want to sound like an ass to one of my best friends, I really wanted to say, “I will never get a job dude, this blogging thing is for real!”
The point of the story?
Well, blogging business is one of the best publishing businesses out there right now. With more and more people losing their jobs and more homes being foreclosed as we speak, people need to turn to blogging and turn their passions into monetizable web content, whatever that means.
Licking your chops now?
Well, blogging isn’t exactly easy unless you know exactly what steps to take to actually make money from blogging.
This can include things from ad optimization, SEO, and good copy-writing techniques, all of which are crucial to making money online.
Even if you did everything perfect and missed one details, it could end up costing you hundreds and thousands of dollars, perhaps even ending your problogging career early.
Okay, you are still licking your chops?
Well, I am really in the process of writing the step-by-step guide to making money online blogging. This new book will be available as soon as I am done writing the book.
This book won’t teach you how to be rich in 4 weeks or even 6 months.
But this book will teach you how to turn your $10,000 investment into $20,000 plus steady residual income over a course of 1 to 2 years.
Sounds like something you’d like to pursue?
Go ahead, sign up for my e-mail newsletter, you will get heads up when my new book comes out.
Again, I am not going to teach you how to make money very quickly but the methods I present to you will allow you to work hard and honest for the next 1-2 years and allow you to make a living blogging. (or managing blogs)
Seriously, I have tried most of the “get rich quick” guides out there today including affiliate marketing, pro blogging, and more. Of all the stuff I have tried, blogging has been the most stable business that has saved me from dying in this tough, recession economy.
Even for me, I didn’t realize the power of blogging until I started optimizing ads and studying more about how people “browse” blogs.
Anyways, to make the long story short, I should have this book ready soon, it will be awesome hopefully…
