Making Money Online Rules over a 9 to 5 Job Any day!
Well, recently I got really really sick like a dog and could not “blog” for 3-4 days. Although I have realized it before, I realize again that making money online rules over any 9 to 5 job.
Okay, here’s some reasons why making money online rules over a JOB (Just Over Broke):
1. You are your own boss. You blog when and where you want to.
2. Even if you have a job and blogging is a part-time thing for you, you still earn “residual” income.
3. When you get sick, you can stop “blogging” for couple days and still get paid. (Web traffic doesn’t stop because you stop blogging)
4. You get to go grocery shopping when everyone else is working at a “job”.
5. You are too lazy to wear more than a boxer and a tank-top to work.
6. You save thousands of dollar per year on gas/commuting and you helped save some carbon footprint.
7. You can “schedule” your blog posts up to 3 months in advance and go on a long vacation.
8. Next time someone asks you where you work, you simply reply, “I run a web business.”
9. Even if American economy is bad, you web business is good as your “customers (readers)” consist of people from all over the world, not just the U.S.
10. Your monthly salary gets better, better, and better the more you blog. (Talk about being stuck at the same job for more than 1 year and getting the same pay???)
Well, that’s just 10 more reasons to make money online than living day-to-day from your job that might just be the worst fall-back insurance if something happens. (you get laid off…)
When I first started blogging, I had a full time job and I did 30+ blog posts per day. That was hard life when I got up 5AM to get to work, then get home at 10PM after fighting traffic to do 30+ blog posts.
Although I still have it pretty easy since I don’t have a full time job, I can use that time for personal development such as working on my golf game or spending time with my family.
God, America is probably one of the worst places to get a job nowdays. It’s the truth. Unless you got some hookups or you are top 10% of your graduate class, it’s gonna be real hard to get a job nowdays that will pay your rent and more.
Last thing I said to myself before being laid off at my last job, “I will never ever work for anyone ever again. Employers are masters and employees are slaves. Why do we repeat the freakin’ high school history over and over again! Capitalism sucks… not unless you work for yourself.”
