Be Healthy, Be Relaxed, and Enjoy Life!
Ironically, after working 2 weeks straight in my car, I have gotten seriously sick and have barely time to blog anymore.
I think it’s a good idea to work in your car but you also need to be healthy and be relaxed.
I have to admit I have been working so hard lately, I couldn’t go to sleep nor wake up late. I have a tendency to “digg” into anything I do and this time, too much work has caused my body to go south.
Anyways, my word of caution when working too hard, “get enough sleep and always be relaxed to work. Work a little bit at a time, don’t try to finish your 1-week projects in 1 day.)
After experiencing aches in my lips and muscles really bad and also coming down with a cold in this late summer, I took couple days off and completely “re-vitalized” myself.
Couple things I did to make myself healthy:
- Stopped drinking daily. Instead of galloping 40s as I usually do before I go to sleep, I went with just 1 beer.
- Exercise daily. I usually have good habits of working out at least 2 times a week but last whole month I have been fighting hackers and I didn’t work out at all. Well, I just started working out again and I feel much better.
- Go to sleep before 12AM and getting at least 8 hours of sleep. Since I stopped drinking much alcohol, I couldn’t goto sleep so I had to take like 3 tylenols just to “force” myself to sleep for the first couple days. I feel fine now though, don’t need drugs to get me to sleep.
- I stopped eating meat and all kinds of fast foods for now. When my health in trouble, I usually stick with some Korean soy bean paste soup and lots of Korean vegetables. Korean soy bean paste soup has scientifically been proven to fight cancer among other great things for your body. My father usually eats rice with Korean soy bean paste soup when he has an upset stomach. I tried out his method when I had diarrhea. Believe me, this Korean bean paste soup will fix most of your stomach problems instantly and more.But yes, I can’t wait to get back into my “meat” diet of eating meat 3 times a day as soon as I feel super healthy again.
I also went to the beach couple times a week here in San Francisco. Just sitting at the beach all day help me relax more and think about more important things in life other than making money blogging. Also it’s a great place to meditate and find your inner-peace. I made some “life-changing” decisions at the beach too such as making my future goals.
My previous goal was to make lots of money as quickly as possible. Now my goal has changed to simple, “be healthy, be relaxed, and enjoy life.”
But what I realized while changing my life goals is that if you are healthy, relaxed, and simply enjoy your life, you will end up making money blogging as quickly as possible.
Do you feel overloaded with work?
I suggest you to follow my guidelines, relax yourself first and everything else will follow.
My last words, “There are 2 things you need to worry about if you are sick, you will either die or you will live. If you die, you will shake hands with your friends in hell. If you live, there’s nothing to worry about.” (I got this actually from a poster at my friend’s mom’s house, I will post that soon, it’s really funny.)

Sure, thanks for leaving a comment when I am sick, I just needed to hear some feedback. But yes, relaxing seems to be the best way to do anything.

True, I hear that in Spain, they used to not work during lunch hours… well they used to… That is a great idea! I think 8AM to 5PM is just too much for a human body.
